One of my fav.........The Artist

I watch this movie recently named The Artist the silent era movie. A heart-warming ode to the glorious era of silent cinema, The Artist proves 'Silence indeed speaks louder than words'! The 10 Oscar nominations and various wins at international festivals are very well deserving.
Set in 1927 Hollywood, French director/Writer Michel Hazanavicius tells us the lifestory of a famous movie star who rules the silent cinema but refuses to jump onto the bandwagon of the talkies. With younger actors preferred by studios, the ageing washed up superstar becomes reclusive with no hope of getting to relive his glory days.
The very talented French actor Jean Dujardin plays George Valentin, a leading superstar of silent cinema in Hollywood. From being a heartthrob of the ladies to being a no-body with no standing in the 'talkies', The Artist is the story of rise and doom of a movie star.
What happens when fame stops giving company and fans fancy new faces?
The film opens with George's cinema running to packed houses. Used to people's adulation, the good hearted celebrated hero poses for the press at his movie premiere.
Aspiring actress Peppy Miller (Berenice Bejo) gathers outside the theatre to see George. She accidentally drops her autograph book as the crowd gets hysterical. As Peppy gets down to pick it up, she skips the security barricade thus stumbling into George. Love happens at first sightand only gets stronger as fate brings them together again and again. Years pass, tables are turned. Peppy's the rising star and George the fading one, what happens next?
The Artist is what it is because of its stupendous lead actors. Jean Dujardin plays his role with aplomb. Without uttering a single word, he shows the pain, angst, depression, pride in the best way possible. You feel for him from scene one!
Berenice Bejo compliments Jean with her earnest portrayal of Peppy. From being a wide-eyed ambitious aspiring actress to becoming a diva, Berenice is a natural.
The movie was apparently shot in colour but converted to black & white. The classic b&w cinematography helps you immerse yourselves into the golden age of silent cinema.
The film is a perfect amalgamation of comedy, romance and drama which widens it appeal for every moviegoer. Michel Hazanavicius's splendid writing and direction is flawless.
The film has everything which you see lacking in modern day cinema: innocence and weightage to acting. The music which is the only thing you hear throughout the movie is perfectly melodramatic.

Midnight in Paris

Recently i watch this movie and i like it especially the plot and the spots.
And the movie was written and directed by Woody Allen. One of my favorite hero Owen Willson acted
in this film.
The successful Hollywood screenplay writer Gil Pender is spending vacation in Paris with his fiancée Inez and her parents since his future father-in-law is on a business trip. Gil is an aspiring novelist that loves Paris, and dreams of living in the city after getting married with Inez. Furthermore, the romantic Gil believes that the golden age of Paris was in the 1920s and he loves to walk through the streets of the city. When Inez meets her former boyfriend, the pseudo-intellectual Paul, with his girlfriend Carol, they spend some time together visiting tourist attractions. In the night, they drink wine at a party and Paul invites the couple to go dancing with Carol and him. However, Gil prefers to return walking alone to the hotel. At midnight, an old car stops and the passengers invite him to go a party and sooner he realizes that he is back to the 20's, where he meets his favorite writers, musicians and artists and lives his dream.

A story called A Little Princess has touched me deeply. It has made me realize that a friend in need is a friend indeed.
The story is about a little princess whose name was Sara. Sara was born in a rich and warm family. She lived with his beloved father. When she was seven, she was sent to a school far away from her hometown. The headmaster Ms Minchin was a dominant and unfriendly person. She was only nice to those rich people. So Sara became Miss Minchin’s favorite student because she was the richest girl in the school. Sara made friends soon and got along well with other students. Four peaceful years went by.
One day, horrible news came and shocked Sara at her birthday party. One of her father’s friends had run away with all his money, which made her father’s state of an illness become much worse. Soon Sara’s father passed away. Sara became an orphan without any wealth. Ms Minchin was enraged by the news, and then she threatened to drive her away immediately. Luckily, a lawyer persuaded Ms Minchin to take her in.
Poor Sara was forced to lead a tough life. Some of her “friends” were no longer with her and they even laughed at her. But Ermengarde, who was a poor girl as well, treated Sara as kindly as before. She usually came into Sara’s room and brought her food. Finally, Sara realized who her real friend in her life was.
Everyone will meet and make friends with countless people in their life. There may be two kinds of friends, fair-weather friends and bosom friends. The second ones are difficult to find.
A fair-weather friend may make up to you without pure motivations. It is to satisfy their advantages, just like Ms Minchin. You might be pleased and believe in his words. Although he may be jealous and possessive in character, you can get along well with him provisionally. He would be very close to you when you were successful and rich. However, when you were reduced to a loser, he would leave you without hesitation. He just shares in your wealth and success, but never in failure and poverty.
On the contrary, a bosom friend would treat you with true love even when you were in poverty, just like Ermengarde. He would know what you need and go out of his way to help you. Your friendship would not be based on money or gold. You feel safe to share your secrets with him. He would always be ready to help you get out of trouble. He would also be honest to point out your mistakes to help you get improved. He needs not to keep in touch with you all the time, but he would always be there when you were in trouble. You help each other rather than make use of each other.

There is a saying, “True friends are like diamonds, precious and rare. False friends are like leaves, found everywhere.” I wish everyone to own a lot of bosom friends. If you do, that will be your god-given luck. Cherish him as well as you can! If you do not, don’t be upset. Business your confidence and treat others sincerely. You will no longer be lonely.

Recently i wrote this lyrics for a album..

choose your right way...

WHY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN ENHANCE YOUR CAREER

When we go for the interview we need to be respective and so confident with that concern. But in that time we only thing about this, whether we were selected or not. We didn't think  its fit for us or not.Because i thought most of the people work for the income not for the satisfaction or work with passion.Even now i am doing the same.
But when we go with the passion some of the MD's or higher persons treat them as a machine.Even they have some talent first they need to encourage and help them to prove their talents in their output. So be sure to choose your right path in our career.Don't be hurry to get salary get your job with your passion, choose the right concern and comfortable with that.
If you look closer, you’ll see that many of these successful people are ones who do a good job of treating everyone with courtesy and respect, while genuinely trying to expedite quality responses whenever possible.
And since most business owners see fellow employees as internal customers, how well you “play” with others and go that extra mile can have positive, long-term effects on your career.
So ask yourself this question: “Are you working as hard to create a pleasant and collaborative team environment as you are trying to please customers?”
“Do unto others as you would have others do unto you,” reads the famous Golden Rule. This is wise advice, not just for treating external company customers right, but also when working with company colleagues.
Customer service matters inside the workplace as much as it does to the customer-facing side of the business.
What you do, how you do it, and when you do it all affects how everyone else’s work flows within the company, and ultimately, how you are perceived as a team player and a strong employee.
Stay vigilant about how you conduct yourself and treat others every single minute of every single day… you’ll be surprised that simply treating co-workers as internal customers can build people’s appreciation of what you are capable of and enhance your career reputation.

You are not the slave  at the same time you are the employee not only to obey the highers its to treat your customer as your king and work truly for your boss..
